Despite fierce competition from some of Liverpool’s best young unsigned acts,  Daniall was the winner at PRIMAL LIVE 2026, following an amazing event at The Invisible Wind Factory.

‘Primal Live has been an incredible experience,’ said Dan, ‘I’ve made some great friends, developed my performance skills with help from some of the best mentors in the city, and helped to raise a shedload of money for The Whitechapel Centre.

‘I’m hopeful that this will open-up lots of opportunities for me, and I’m looking forward to to supporting the team at future events.’

A big shout-out to Andy, Sam, JP, Jordan, Nina, Liam, Sophie, John and everyone involved in Primal Live for the fantastic work they do with emerging artists.

Daniall Lee is back with a new single, ‘Complicated’, releasing to all your favourite streaming platforms on 28th November.

Clever, quirky and with a staccato, stuttering delivery, this is one big, catchy mother of a tune! Once again exploring unfamiliar musical territory, it should come as no surprise by now that he never fails to surprise.

18TH AUGUST 2025

Daniall will be making his broadcast debut on 31st August!

The Honey Box is a live-streamed music TV show - A kind-of Jools Holland for emerging artists - which has been on-air since 2016 and is about to start its ninth season. Dan will be appearing in Episode 1 with Tyler Kent and Vox Americana.

The show will be filmed live at The Foxlowe Arts Centre in Leek, Staffordshire, and you can be in the studio audience by getting tickets here.

The arrival of his latest EP is accompanied by the screeching of tyres on hot tarmac as the Daniall Lee juggernaut changes direction yet again, delivering an altogether poppier sound. Arguably the catchiest of his tunes since January’s ‘Starbucks Lover’, the title track evokes a balmy late-summer vibe.

The equally melodic ‘Entendre de La Genting’ sees Dan again channeling his inner Jarvis, while ‘Like Everyone Else’ is infused with just a hint of Hannon. To close proceedings, the weird and wonderful ‘Lottery Milkshakes (For a Carnivore)’ is as strange a song as the title suggests, and whether you love it or not, it’ll probably leave you a bit confused. Which kind of sums-up Daniall.
